The TRAQR GPS tracking 24 x 7 Customer Care centre will be operational soon!
The Customer Care centre will help customers enquire for vehicle location and status as an alternative to using the web and mobile application, request for any assistance or register complaints.
The Customer Care centre will monitor all TRAQR fitted vehicles round-the-clock for data not being received from them at the preset intervals. Any loss of data receipt will be immediately notified to the respective vehicle owner and corrective steps taken.
